I might be a little unconventional - but I’m deeply grounded in one thing:
Your life is not over because you came out later. It’s just finally yours.
I work with LGBTQ+ adults who spent years - sometimes decades - doing what they were “supposed” to do. Building careers. Raising families. Keeping the peace. Surviving.
And then something cracked open.
Maybe it was a truth you couldn’t un-know anymore.
Maybe your life fell apart.
Maybe you finally admitted what you’d been carrying alone.
I know that territory intimately.
I’ve had my life collapse more than once.
I’ve had to rebuild from the ground up -identity, relationships, purpose, and self-trust. I didn’t just come out; I had to learn how to live out loud in a world that didn’t make that easy.
Because of that, I’ve spent years studying how humans change - how our brains protect us, how fear gets wired in, and how confidence can be rebuilt at any age. Psychology. Communication. Goal-setting. Neuro-linguistic programming. And, most importantly, lived experience.
Today, I help people like you stop apologizing for wanting more and start creating a life that actually fits who you are now.
Whether I’m coaching one-on-one, facilitating a small group, or speaking to a room full of people navigating big identity shifts, my work is practical, compassionate, and deeply human.
We don’t chase someone else’s version of happiness.
We build yours - step by step, with clarity, courage, and a plan that respects everything you’ve already survived.
I’ve had the pleasure of working with Coach Ed for several years. His coaching style is stellar. He created a space and dialogue to me that enabled me to answer questions I have carried for years. In addition, he has been so kind as he walked me through deep waters to a place where I could see a perspective of my future I had not seen before. He has been instrumental in helping me see a new perspective of an old painful past and celebrate the beauty of a reframed story. I would highly recommend him as a coach.

Ed is a man of insight. He is on a mission of insights to discover the human condition. He observes and has discovery after discovery. He has great clarity and brings soulfulness and insightfulness to his audience whenever he speaks.

Ed has a unique way of connecting with his audience. With his poignant storytelling, he helps his audience connect with their deeper self, expand their vision for the future, and believe in themselves. I highly recommend him.

Ed is amazing at connecting with individuals. He reaches them exactly where they’re at and then helps them move beyond it. Ed helped me understand where my intrusive thoughts were coming from, and then helped me silence them. I can never express how much he helped me!

Every once in awhile, you come across an individual that is incredibly unique and different. Ed is that guy. He can make you feel some extremely powerful emotions and then turns around and makes you laugh. He acknowledges the deeper levels of pain that people are in and then helps you heal and see the hope that life offers!

Ed was my coach for several months. He helped me develop goals, realize what was standing in my way, and then removing the impediments. Ed’s approach is very gentle in that he doesn’t judge you where you at. Instead, he coaches you to so that you can understand why you’re choosing what you’re currently choosing and then empowers you to choose the life that you really want!

I got to speak to the National Speakers Association of Ohio about my time at the Biggest Losers' Resort. I went with the intention of losing body fat, but found out that what I really needed to get rid of was much, much more important.
