All your life, the tools that you currently possess have enabled you to deliver your current outcomes. But to have different outcomes, you need to develop new mindsets, gain new tools, and become a new person. And this is where coaching comes in. My coaching is extremely practical and offers you opportunities to be, do, and have exactly what you want out of life!
Periodically, I will offer group coaching programs. Generally, we meet weekly for 1 1/2 - 2 hours and the program lasts 10-12 weeks. You will be grouped with 5-15 other people who are all seeking to work on the same thing. Some examples of groups include a Coming Out Stronger, a group for married men coming out of the closet, and Wonderful Weight, a group for people looking to achieve their perfect weight.

Individual coaching is designed to support you as an individual and is tailored to exactly what you need, right now, in your life.
As we begin your coaching program, we will examine where you're at in life and what your goals are in life. Then, we'll develop a plan to reach those goals in a quick and easy way.
For an individual coaching program, we will meet every week for a minimum of 3-months for an hour each time. This enables us to make steady progress and see your goals come to life!
